This question has often been on my mind in recent years. Not just about ADHD but about being neurodivergent in general. I am also aware that there is lot of information out there but it is not very clear how therapy can help and what sort of therapy are we even talking about? In my opinion individual long term therapy has a lot to offer but it is not a magic bullet for every day challenges. However, it can offer healing from very early wounds and therefore can have long-lasting positive effects.
