Start Your CBT Hear Journey

CBT Hear program starts with a 90 minutes long initial consultation and the program itself includes 6-12 sessions ( 90 minutes) and follow-ups if necessary. We work together to create your personal treatment plan and agree on the length/dates of our sessions. You can choose between face to face or online sessions.

Fee:

Initial consultation: £90 (90 minutes)

Sessions: £80/session (90 minutes)

Follow-up sessions: £50 (50 minutes)
